Warranty Policy


1. Legal guarantee

All products sold by Lashia LTD benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery in the EU, 6 years in the UK) provided for by current legislation.

  • The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code and UK/EU equivalents).

These guarantees apply independently of any additional commercial guarantees that may be offered.

2. Conditions of application

The warranty only covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Breakdowns or malfunctions not related to misuse.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

  • Damage due to improper use, modification or unauthorized repair.

  • Shocks, drops, immersion in water or exposure to extreme conditions.

3. Complaints procedure

To activate the guarantee:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@muranodeco.com providing:

    • The order number.

    • A description of the defect.

    • Photos or videos showing the problem.

  2. Our team will analyze your request within 48 working hours.

  3. If the guarantee is accepted, we will arrange:

    • A repair.

    • A replacement for new.

    • Or a refund if no solution is possible.

4. Duration of the warranty

  • Electronic products : 24 months in the EU, 6 years in the UK.

  • Accessories and parts : 12 months.

5. Fees

  • If the defect is covered by the warranty, the return and shipping costs are covered by Lashia LTD .

  • If the defect is not covered, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
