Delivery Policy

Order processing times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times

  • France: 5 to 10 working days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 working days

  • International: 10 to 20 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, time of year and carriers.

Tracking number
Each order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. You can track your order in real time.

Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and are displayed before payment is confirmed. In some cases, shipping may be free (depending on promotions or conditions indicated on the website).

Delivery problems

  • If the package is shown as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for proof of delivery.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it after verification. The customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or the estimated delivery date). We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Delivery restrictions
We do not currently deliver to PO Box addresses or some remote island areas.
