Return Policy


1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and request a return, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty (excluding return costs).

2. Return conditions

To be eligible:

  • The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .

  • You must contact our customer service at info@muranodeco.com to obtain a return authorization number.

  • Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error or defect attributable to Lashia LTD .

3. Procedure

  1. Contact us to indicate your wish to return.

  2. Pack the product carefully.

  3. Send it to the address indicated by our customer service.

4. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are made within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • In case of damaged or incomplete product, no refund can be made.

5. Non-returnable products

  • Personalized items.

  • Products opened or used for hygiene reasons (except manufacturing defect).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, you will need to place a new order after a refund.
