Refund Policy

1. Refund Timeframe
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Lashia LTD commits to processing the refund within a maximum of 14 business days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used during purchase, unless the customer explicitly agrees to another method.

2. Refund Amount

  • For products returned in compliance and within the deadlines: full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Lashia LTD).

  • For defective or non-compliant products: full refund of the purchase price and the initial shipping costs.

3. Cases Where No Refund Is Granted
No refund will be issued if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after receipt.

  • The product is not returned in its complete original packaging (including accessories, manuals, tags).

  • The legal withdrawal period (14 days) has expired without prior agreement.

  • The product is part of non-returnable items (customized products, sealed items for hygiene reasons opened after delivery).

4. Promotional or Sale Items
Promotional or sale items have the same refund rights as regular-priced products, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Procedure

  • Follow the return instructions provided.

  • Keep proof of shipment for the returned package.

  • Receive your refund within the indicated timeframe after approval.
