Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United kingdom: 5 to 10 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days

  • International: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the time of year, and the carrier used.

Tracking Number
Each order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped. You will be able to track your order in real time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation. In some cases, shipping may be free (depending on promotions or specific conditions stated on the website).

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to request proof of delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is verified. Reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it (or from the estimated delivery date). We will arrange for a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote island locations.
