Refund Policy
1. Reimbursement period
Once the return has been received and inspected, Lashia LTD undertakes to process the refund within a maximum of 14 working days .
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
2. Amount refunded

Compliant products returned on time : full refund of the price paid (excluding return costs, except in the event of an error or defect attributable to Lashia LTD ).

Defective or non-compliant products : full refund of the price paid and initial delivery costs.
3. Cases where no refund can be granted
No refund will be made if:

The product has been used or damaged after receipt.

The product is not returned in its complete original packaging (accessories, instructions, labels).

The legal withdrawal period (14 days) is exceeded without prior agreement.

The product is one of the non-returnable items (personalized products, sealed for hygiene reasons and opened after delivery).
4. Products on sale or on promotion
Promotional or sale products have the same refund rights as regular priced products, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.
