Fall/Winter 2025 celebrates a return to raw and soothing materials. Untreated wood, limestone, hemp, and washed linen dominate our interiors. Textures are becoming deeper, like looped rugs, textured ceramics, and walls with a natural plaster effect. We touch before we see. Touch is becoming an essential sensory pillar in our homes, in search of comfort. This season, emotion is conveyed through the hands.
In 2025, interior design is becoming a refuge, and that requires a sensory revolution. This fall-winter, textures are taking over. Gone is the sterile cold, making way for palpable authenticity: natural materials are becoming the true heroes of our interiors. Raw wood—light or patinated—is making its way into furniture and flooring alike, while porous and imperfect limestone is proudly displayed on walls or in sculptural objects.
Textiles follow the trend: washed linen, boiled wool, and thick cotton are layered together to create cozy interiors. Shaggy rugs, hand-woven cushions, and waffle-weave curtains combine to create an atmosphere where touch reigns supreme. Each room becomes an enveloping space, designed to slow down, feel, and rediscover an intimate connection with one's surroundings.
